SDCC 2013 Cosplay Pics!
After 4 days at Disneyland and 2 days of line camping, I was pretty exhausted and almost didn’t want to wear my cosplay anymore! But when I saw the clouds rolling in over the convention center and that weather was going to be low 70s, I remembered all the hard work I put into this cosplay for the past 5 weeks and went for it. As much as I feared being really uncomfortable as Lady Vader for 8 hours, I actually felt great all day! The con was extremely air conditioned for the most part and I had just bought this amazing moisture wicking shirt to wear underneath that also cools you down, so overall, I was pretty good. Well, except for my feet. Wearing high heeled boots all day really killed my feet, but that’s why I packed a pair of flat boots as well considering I even went to the Saturday night Kevin Smith panel while in cosplay until 9pm! Man, I was pooped. By Sunday, I was pretty exhausted as you can tell by the pics, but it was an amazing show. Of course no San Diego Comic-Con recap is complete without floor pics, so on with the pics!

(a quick google search has shown that number of past portrayals of the Lady Vader theme, while visually…er…interesting, have strayed into a SoulCalibur-esque degree of gratuity)
