Wearable Art – Cats and Steampunk
There’s nothing more humorous these days than a good picture of a cat. Even better, a cat driving a truck. Designed by Ritsuko Hirai, her simplistic and quirky drawings make for an eye catching graphic and great wearable art. Speaking of wearable art, steampunk jewelry is another perfect example. Compass Rose Design makes some incredible steampunk and vintage inspired jewelry that is not only beautifully crafted and designed, but totally wearable without looking too extreme.

Loakal Finds: Denim Dress and AT-AT Necklace
The great thing about a denim dresses is that it can be worn all year long. Layered with a long cardigan, some tights, and long socks, it’s easy to see why a simple denim dress like this one (made by littlefourclothing) is so versatile. Not only is much of their stuff hand made, but knowing that you’re buying…

ZAP! BOOM! POW!
It’s hard not to love Wonder Woman. She’s such an iconic character and not only strong, beautiful, but she’s sexy without even trying. As you know, I have a love for Junk Food tees and this is yet another one for my collection. Wearing her symbol on my shirt almost feels patriotic (in a dorky way) and it definitely makes me feel like I need to stand for justice! Plus, I thought this POW! hair clip was the perfect addition to…

Texting with Style
Given the technology these days, it’s no surprise that the fashion world has also expanded to keep up. iPad purses and designer iPhone clutches are just some of the items out there, but what about fashionable texting gloves? These Juicy Couture gloves are my go-to gloves these days since they feature removable “caps” on the thumb and index finger of each hand to give you the freedom to text without the bulk or to use your touch screen device without…
