Pastels and Ponies

Parker Coset and Fluttershy figureI’ve been on a crazy shopping spree lately and I’m not talking about clothes. In the past week, I have purchased around 15 My Little Pony toys. And before you say, “Isn’t My Little Pony for girls ages 8-12?”, let me explain. I first started hearing about the new My Little Pony show at Comic-Con and decided I wanted to see what it was about. 20 episodes later, I was hooked. This show is feel-good, funny, well written, and I love the animation style!  But more on that later… In the meantime, I’ve added my favorite My Little Pony, Fluttershy, to my outfit today. Like me, she’s soft-spoken, a bit shy, but can be brave when she’s passionate about something.  This quilted corset top reminded me of her and she makes the perfect pocket accessory!
