Polka Dots and Peplum
I don’t know who made up the idea of not wearing white jeans after Labor Day, but honestly when it’s Fall and still 75 degrees outside in California, I’m probably still going to be wearing my white jeans. I really love the look of skinny jeans with a peplum top and this polka dot peplum top was straight out of a preppy handbook. Even though I rarely step into Abercrombie & Fitch these days, sometimes their sweaters and tops can still catch my eye and you can always count on them for cute and preppy clothes.

I agree completely on the white jeans thing. M just commented last week on my white jeans after labor day. I was like er… we live in California no one needs to abide by that rule.

I got all self conscious about this the other day actually. I was wearing white jeans and at the mall and overheard two girls talking next to me. One girl says “Oh look, all the white jeans are on sale”. The other goes “Yeah, that’s cuz you’re not supposed to wear white jeans after labor day”. /fail
