In the Distant Future…

As San Diego Comic Con preview night begins TONIGHT, I thought it would be appropriate that today’s post would be this semi-sci-fi inspired outfit. When I saw this leather trim skirt by Cut25 (Yigal Azrouël’s contemporary line, which is currently on Gilt until end of today!), I immediate thought of outer space, tie dye, and reptile skin. I know, a bit random, but when describing this skirt, it’s been challenging to pinpoint what exactly this pattern is! In an attempt to do some pattern mix and match, I paired it with this Vena Cava tank that reminds me of 80s contemporary art. I also threw in this quirky Juicy Couture charm necklace, which I love because you can actually customize the charms that go on the necklace! I chose this blue skull and an “e” for my name, but will definitely be adding more in the future!
